*True or False* You can't get disappointed if you don't have any expectations?

Umm. trick question, because it's virtually impossible to not have any expectations at all.*True or False* You can't get disappointed if you don't have any expectations?
False, I have no expectations and I always disappointed, in myself and others
id say false because we ALWAYS have secret expectations.
