False IP address?

Is it possible for a sender to change the IP address on an email so the recipient doesn't know it's true origin? And if so, is there any way to find the real IP address? Please help if you can! I may be a recipient!False IP address?
Yes people can use an IP Changer. It will change their IP address every (for example 10seconds). It will still show you the true location, but it will take MUCH longer to track.False IP address?

call ur internet provider they will be able to have you punch in some letters in the run catagory in ur start menu to get ur ip address
